WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Orders within North America ship free of charge. This will generally be the most economical method available to us. Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 6 business days or less. Please feel free to inquire about projected arrival time.
If your order is time sensitive or you would like to ship with a specific carrier, upgraded shipping is available at checkout.
Orders outside North America generally have additional shipping costs. Economy shipping can take several weeks and expedited methods are expensive. Please see options available on checkout or feel free to contact us!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days when in stock. Custom orders or items listed as 'pre-order' due to being under construction can take 1-2 weeks or sometimes longer. We will give estimates when placing your custom order or if you contact us.
Once shipped, orders in North America generally arrive in 6 business days or less. International items can take much longer and we recommend asking us before ordering.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do! We will ship all over the world. International shipments can be prohibitive sometimes. Additionally, large items like slabs may need to be sent freight and this can cost more time and money.
All import fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver. 
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Almost all orders have tracking information available.

Additionally orders can be made through email, over the phone or visiting our Gallery in person.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Absolutely not! You can place an order as a guest if you wish. Creating an account makes it easier to track your order, see what you have ordered before and control what emails you receive from us.
